What does the city of Burlington equal? It equals the ability to be entirely detached from worry and discomfort! The detached homes of Burlington are one of the best aspects of this city, for Burlington has a great deal of these type of homes. There are also the highway and major roadways that help make transportation through this city even easier (especially considering many of the major roadways have transit bus stops on them). The detached homes here are plentiful, the amenities are plentiful, and the ways to reach them are equally so; plus, Burlington is also home to a great deal of greenspaces and parks for you to take full advantage of having access to. As yet another added bonus, if you're the sort of person who deeply enjoys golf and every facet of it, you can tee off at a handful of different golf courses in and near Burlington, such as the Burlington Golf & Country Club, Tyandaga Golf Course, and Deerfield Golf Course.
One of the best things about owning a detached home is not having to worry about being sandwiched between two other condo townhomes or paying the extra for a freehold townhome; with a detached home, you get a full-sized home (with many types to choose from, like bungalows, sidesplits, ranchers, backsplits, single-storey, mobile homes, multi-storey, and more) and usually, a single or multi-vehicle garage for you to go ahead and park your vehicle(s) in. Detached homes are on their own lots, often with fairly large yard space as well. Plus, living in any of the Burlington detached homes for sale here will allow you to have prime access to any of the stores in the city thanks to public transit or your own transit on the major roadways. The Burlington Centre shopping mall is located right at the intersection of Fairview St and Guelph Line, while Fairview St and Upper Middle Rd both have a great deal of smaller shops, a couple of banks, a couple of pharmacies, some restaurants, some fast food places, and more at lots of different points. Living in Burlington definitely makes it so that its residents don't tend to want for very much at all, for it's all right at their fingertips.
Utilizing the highway to be able to access the different parts of Burlington is most definitely easy to accomplish, for thanks to the three main "Lines" (Walkers Line, Appleby Line, and Guelph Line) going north from the Highway 403 (Queen Elizabeth Way) and south towards Lake Ontario, getting on the Highway 403 to go to a nearby city is a cinch. The Highway 403 gives you prime access to Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, and Oakville, as well as all those cities have to offer to you. Also, the major roadways of Lakeshore Rd and Upper Middle Rd, as well as Fairview Rd and Maple St, all intersect and crisscross to help make Burlington highly accessible. Many of the Burlington detached homes for sale are very close to (or on) one of these streets, so getting in your vehicle and using one of these roads to access the highway and get around to any part of Burlington or a nearby city truly helps make Burlington the ultimate place to live for those homeowners who enjoy traveling, be it for the day or longer. Another transportation benefit (for those wanting to get out into the country) is that Guelph Line, true to its name, can get you to the outskirts of Guelph very directly.
